Mohamed Mahmoud

Mohamed Mahmoud is an Associate Professor at the Department of Media, Faculty of Arts, Al-Ma’qil International University, Iraq. He holds a Ph.D. in Media Studies from Ain Shams University, where he also earned his Master’s degree with a thesis on “Television Coverage of the January 25 Revolution and Its Relation to the Political Socialization of Egyptian Children.” He has extensive academic and professional experience, having lectured at several Arab universities including Cairo University, Al-Zaytouna International University, and King Faisal University. In addition to his academic work, he has served as a television and radio journalist and presenter with Nile News Channel and the Egyptian Radio Network “Voice of the Arabs.” He has produced and presented numerous award-winning documentary programs and participated in various research conferences on media, political communication, and socialization in the Arab world.
