Located along the International Coastal Road, in the Manasra District, approximately 5 kilometers from Port Said Governorate. It is a coastal tourist area overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, situated west of Port Said Governorate, Egypt.

Forced eviction operations began in February 2022, when the Port Said Governorate issued eviction notices to residents. The situation escalated in 2024 with demolition operations carried out using security forces.
