Egyptian writer, journalist. Managing Editor of Al-Ahram Al-Masaei newspaper, and Editor-in-Chief of the Oqoul series issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Culture. He has made numerous intellectual and research contributions in the fields of media, politics, and literary criticism, and has published several books addressing issues of thought, culture, and social transformations at both local and international levels. He has participated in cultural and media conferences and events across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the United States, and is particularly interested in analytical writing and in linking media to social awareness and strategic issues.
